CoEvolution GreenPoint is a nonprofit development QUANGO* committed to working with, rather than against, the social physical, economic and natural aspects of the local environment. As such, we position ourselves mediators between a community's desire for reasonable growth with expanded services, and the larger city's desire for density with development. We aim to build consensus with economic partnerships, adaptive reuse, and tactical development, filling the cracks in the existing fabric with our seven shades of green, like grass growing in the sidewalk: linking communities with our roots.
